Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On November 16, 2020, the Company announced the resignation of Benjamin Shore, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, from the Company. Mr. Shore’s last day with the Company is planned to be December 23, 2020.
