MiMedx Group, Inc. (the “Company” or the “Registrant”) will host its annual meeting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on November 20, 2020. Timothy R. Wright, Chief Executive Officer, will present an overview of the Company. Rohit Kashyap, Ph.D., Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Robert B. Stein, M.D., Ph.D., Executive Vice President, Research and Development, are scheduled to present an overview of the Company’s commercial and R&D initiatives, including an update on estimated, potential market sizes of future expected products intended to treat knee osteoarthritis pain. A copy of the presentation materials to be used during the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
