Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 17, 2020, County Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on December 18, 2020 to shareholders of record on December 4, 2020. A copy of the press release issued on November 18, 2020 announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
