Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

    On November 16, 2020, Intersect ENT, Inc. and Gwen Carscadden, Chief People Officer of Intersect ENT, mutually agreed that Ms. Carscadden would cease to be an officer and employee of Intersect ENT effective January 4, 2021.
