On November 16, 2020, Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s Phase 2/3 clinical trial for its COVID-19 vaccine candidate INO-4800. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
