Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 16, 2020, Lockheed Martin Corporation (the “Corporation”) disclosed that, effective December 1, 2020, Executive Vice President, Aeronautics Michele A. Evans will be taking a temporary leave of absence to address health issues unrelated to the coronavirus pandemic. During Ms. Evans’ leave of absence, the Corporation has named Mr. Gregory M. Ulmer, the Corporation’s current Vice President and General Manager, F-35 Lightning II Program, as acting Executive Vice President, Aeronautics until such time as Ms. Evans is able to resume her responsibilities.
