On November 12, 2020, Enservco Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.

 

Item 8.01

Other Events.

 

On November 10, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing a reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of its common stock at a ratio of one-for-fifteen (1:15), which will be effective as of the close of the stock market on November 20, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
