On November 10, 2020, Chart Industries, Inc. (“Chart”) posted a slide presentation on its investor relations website. The slide presentation includes a recently announced updated outlook for fiscal years 2020 and 2021. Company management is using this slide presentation in connection with upcoming customary investor presentations. Chart’s presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
