On November 5, 2020, Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020, along with a general business update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
