Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 2, 2020 Otter Tail Power Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation, issued a press release concerning its filed rate case in Minnesota seeking a net increase in annual revenue of approximately $14.5 million. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
