As reported, today the General Shareholders' Meeting of Graña y Montero S.A.A. approved, among other items, the modification of the Company's name to "Aenza S.A.A.". ("Aenza").

In this sense, we have initiated the corresponding procedures with the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to modify the ticker symbol GRAMONC1 and ticker symbol GRAM of Aenza's common shares and ADS listed on those exchanges, respectively.

With respect to the ADSs, the following information is available to date:

- CUSIP: 00776D 103

- ISIN: US00776D1037

- TICKER: AENZ

This information will be available for the purchase and sale of ADSs beginning on November 12, 2020.

In addition, the new ticker for the common shares will be available on the above date. We will inform the market when we have such information.
