On October 30, 2020, Patriot Bank, N.A. (“Patriot Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that David Christiansen, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, has resigned his position and employment effective November 13, 2020. Mr. Christiansen has been a great asset to the Company, and we thank him for his service and contributions. The Company expects to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Christiansen in a timely and efficient manner.
