Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 29, 2020, MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 30, 2020, the Company will hold an investor conference call to discuss the Company's financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, including the attached press release and other matters relating to the Company. The Company has also made available on its website presentation materials containing certain historical information related to the Company. The presentation materials are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and are incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.

The Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per common share on October 28, 2020. The dividend is payable December 15, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2020.
