Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 28, 2020, BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (“BlueLinx” or “the Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal third quarter ended September 26, 2020. A copy of BlueLinx’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
On October 29, 2020, as previously announced, BlueLinx will hold a teleconference and audio webcast to discuss its financial results from the fiscal third quarter ended September 26, 2020. A copy of supplementary materials that will be referred to in the teleconference and webcast, and which will be posted to the Company's website, is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
