On October 8, 2020, S&P Global Ratings issued a ratings action in which it downgraded (i) the issuer credit rating of Entergy New Orleans, LLC to BBB from BBB+ and (ii) the rating on Entergy New Orleans, LLC’s first mortgage bonds to A- from A.
