Appointment of Director

On October 22, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of China Natural Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Zou Yu to serve as a Vice President of the Company. The press release regarding Mr. Zou’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 15.1.
