Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On October 20, 2020, Sterling Griffin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor Custom Development, Inc. (the “Company”) was interviewed on a television program, “Varney & Co.” on Fox Business Network. During the interview, Mr. Griffin spoke about a variety of matters related to the Seattle home buying market. In addition, Mr. Griffin disclosed that the Company is actively pursuing the vacation home market. The Company is currently seeking to acquire real property consisting of finished lots upon which to construct single-family homes which will be marketed to both primary and secondary (vacation) home seekers.
