On October 15, 2020, Mr. John Cavoores, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) notified the Board in writing of his resignation from the Board with immediate effect. Mr. Cavoores' resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company appreciates Mr. Cavoores' many contributions and dedicated service to the Company over the past 14 years.
