Sensient Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on October 16, 2020 disclosing its results of operations for its quarter ended September 30, 2020, and its financial condition at that date.  The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
