Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On October 13, 2020, Jaguar Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing updates regarding the Company’s capitalization strategy and announcing an amendment to the previously disclosed accounts receivable purchase agreement, dated May 12, 2020, by and among the Company, Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Napo”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Oasis Capital, LLC, as amended (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which, among other things, the parties agreed to the sale of additional accounts receivable under the Agreement.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
