On October 5, 2020, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Chegg, Inc. (“Chegg”) approved annual base salaries for Chegg's “named executive officers” (as defined in Item 402(a)(3) of Regulation S-K) , which are effective as of October 1, 2020, as set forth in the table below:
