Item 8.01 Other Events.
 
On October 1, 2020, Plumas Bancorp’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Plumas Bank (the “Bank”), became a member of the Federal Reserve System and purchased stock of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, which is a condition of membership.
 
As a member of the Federal Reserve System, the Bank’s primary federal regulator will be the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. As a California-chartered bank, the Bank continues to be subject to supervision and regulation by the California Department of Business Oversight. The Bank’s membership is not expected to affect the Bank’s customers in any way. Deposits at the Bank continue to be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation up to applicable limits.
