On September 25, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per common share to be paid on October 29, 2020 to shareholders of record as of October 14, 2020.
A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this current report on Form 8-K.
