Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective September 21, 2020, Chris Dittman was appointed Chief Underwriting Officer of United Insurance Holdings Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. Dittman will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Dittman will assume the underwriting responsibilities for Paul DiFrancesco, Chief Operating Officer, whose employment with the Company terminated effective September 18, 2020.
