On September 24, 2020, Eagle Bancorp, Inc. today announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The cash dividend was approved for payment on October 31, 2020 and will be paid on the first business day following. The shareholder record date is October 15, 2020. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
