On September 15, 2020, Carey P. Hendrickson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Capital Senior Living Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company that he is resigning to pursue other career opportunities, effective as of November 6, 2020. Mr. Hendrickson’s departure is not based on any disagreement with the Company on any matter.
