On September 17, 2020, Akerna Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call on September 24, 2020 at 8:30am Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and business highlights (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
