Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 16, 2020, David A. Lehman, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Intersect ENT, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he was resigning from the Company, effective September 30, 2020, to assume the role of General Counsel of an early stage public company.
