Explanatory Note:

On September 16, 2020, China Customer Relations Centers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it currently plans to hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on November 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Beijing time. The meeting will be held at the Company’s headquarters located at 1366 Zhongtianmen Avenue, Tai’An City, Shandong Province, China, 27100.

The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 6-K.
