The reporting person was previously attributed beneficial ownership of 114,441 shares of common stock held by the L. Lee Stryker Irrevocable Trust UAD 09-10-1974. This amendment is being filed to disclaim beneficial ownership of the 114,441 shares of common stock held by the L. Lee Stryker Irrevocable Trust UAD 09-10-1974 and to amend the attribution of beneficial ownership of such shares to the reporting person.
