We hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that today GyM S.A. - a subsidiary of Grupo Graña y Montero - has signed with Gases del Norte del Peru S.A.C. - a subsidiary of PROMIGAS S.A. E.S.P. - an EPC contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of the Piura Gas Pipeline, which consists of a natural gas distribution system through a pipeline network consisting of (i) main network, (ii) city gate regulation stations, (iii) regulator stations and; (iv) a low pressure pipeline network. The referred system will distribute gas in the provinces of Paita, Piura, Sechura, Sullana and Talara.

The amount of the contract is USD 57.86MM (without VAT) and the term for the execution of the project is 16 months.

This project is relevant for the company because it reaffirms the confidence of our clients in the engineering and construction area.
