Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 4, 2020, FBL Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that the Company has received a proposal dated September 4, 2020 from Farm Bureau Property & Casualty Insurance Company (“FBPCIC”) to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock of the Company that are not currently owned by FBPCIC or the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation.
