On August 31, 2020, The Gap, Inc. (the "Company") was notified of and accepted Amy Bohutinsky’s resignation from the Board of Directors, effective September 14, 2020. The resignation of Ms. Bohutinsky as a director was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
