ITEM 8.01   Other Events.
In July 2020, U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (the “Company”) physical therapy patient volume continued to increase as compared to recent months post the onset of the COVID pandemic. Total patient volume for July 2020 was 296,653 and the average patient visits per day per clinic was 24.4 as compared to 21.8 in June 2020. Average visits per day per clinic in July 2019 was 27.4.
