Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 27, 2020, Avita Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), filed its Appendix 4E (“Preliminary Final Report”) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 with the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”), in accordance with ASX rules and regulations. The Preliminary Final Report was prepared in U.S. dollars pursuant to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

A copy of the front portion of the Company’s Preliminary Final Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The other portion of the Company’s Preliminary Final Report is the Form 10-K of the Company, which was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 27, 2020.
