OF STORM MASTER GUTTERS

– Acquisition Adds Approximately $20 Million of Annual Revenue –

Columbus, Ohio, August 31, 2020. Installed Building Products, Inc. (the “Company” or “IBP”) (NYSE: IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, announced today the acquisition of Storm Master Gutters (“Storm Master”). Founded in 1977, Storm Master is headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and primarily provides gutter installation services to residential and multi-family customers throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

“With total annual revenue of approximately $20 million, Storm Master significantly expands our presence across several compelling markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeastern U.S. In addition, Storm Master’s mix of both residential and multi-family customers aligns well with the current growth we are experiencing in multi-family markets across the country,” stated Jeff Edwards, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “To date in 2020, we have acquired approximately $60 million of annual revenues. Acquisitions remain a key component of our growth strategy and we continue to have a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities across multiple geographies, products, and end markets.
