Item 5.02.   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

 (e) Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On August 26, 2020, following the recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Precipio Inc. (“Precipio”), the Board approved an adjustment to the base salaries of Mr. Ilan Danieli, Precipio’s Chief Executive Officer, and Carl Iberger, Precipio’s Chief Finance Officer.

 

The adjustments to the base salaries, which are set forth in the table below, are effective August 1, 2020:
