Explanation of Responses:
1. The transactions reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a pre-planned trading plan entered into in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The pre-planned trading plan was adopted by the reporting person for personal financial management purposes on February 28, 2020.
2. The reporting person was awarded 16,488 employee stock options on March 1, 2017. The remaining 4,122 employee stock options will vest on March 1, 2021.
3. The reporting person was awarded 10,392 employee stock options on March 1, 2018. Of the remaining 7,794 employee stock options, 2598 have vested and 5,196 will vest in two equal annual installments beginning on March 1, 2021.
