Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 24, 2020, the Company issued a press release concerning the explosion and fire in the Port of Corpus Christi involving its dredge Waymon Boyd. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

The Company has notified its insurers of this incident, continues to focus on safely executing its projects, and does not expect any material adverse impacts as a result of this incident.
