Item 1.01  Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On August 13, 2020, GSI Technology Taiwan, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSI Technology, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a lease agreement with Tai Yuen Textile Co., Ltd. extending the existing lease of the Company’s 25,250 square foot facility in Chu-Pei City, Taiwan through August 31, 2023. The lease provides for annual rent of approximately NT$6,852,000 (approximately US$233,224).

 

A copy of the lease is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
