("AMX") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV], was notified of a resolution, issued by the Board of Directors of the Superintendency of Competition (Superintendencia de Competencia) in El Salvador, that conditions the approval of the acquisition by AMX of 99.3% of Telefónica Móviles El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. on the acceptance of certain material remedies.
