Item 5.02						Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 14, 2020, David K. Francis resigned from his positions as Chief Operating Officer of eHealth, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, eHealthInsurance Services, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of August 31, 2020. Mr. Francis has been an executive officer of the Company, and the Company has benefitted greatly from his contributions. The Company is indebted to him for his leadership and his commitment to its success over his tenure. The Company thanks Mr. Francis for his service to the Company.
