Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On August 17, 2020, The OLB Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results and operational highlights for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. The press release also corrected a disclosure made by the Company in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 12, 2020 to reflect that the amount of the net proceeds used by the Company in its recently completed public offering to repy its long-term indebtedness was $1.1 million (not $1.446 million). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
