Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure .
 
On August 11, 2020, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has granted the Company’s motion to dismiss the amended complaint in the putative securities class action suit originally commenced in 2019 against the Company and certain current and former officers and directors. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. Reference is made to the press release for a more complete description of the court’s actions.
