Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 3, 2020, Medley Capital Corporation (the “Company”) received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum average closing price per share requirement to maintain listing on the NYSE under Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual (“Section 802.01C”). The Company regained compliance after the Company’s average closing price over the 30 consecutive trading day period ending on July 31, 2020 was above $1.00 per share as required under Section 802.01C.
