Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On August 5, 2020, VBI Vaccines Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it was awarded up to a CAD$56 million contribution from the Strategic Innovation Fund of the Government of Canada to support the development of the Company’s coronavirus program, VBI-2900, through Phase 2 clinical studies. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein. The foregoing summary of the press release is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of Exhibit 99.1.
