On August 6, 2020, EPAM Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing its results of operations for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
