Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

(b) On August 1, 2020, Norman D. Chirite, notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a director of the Company and as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective upon receipt of the notice. Mr. Chirite’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
