Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 3, 2020, Surgalign Holdings, Inc. (“Surgalign” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is changing the date of the release of the Company’s second quarter earnings and its second quarter earnings call. The earnings call will take place at 9:00 a.m. EST on August 7, 2020 following the release of the Company’s second quarter earnings. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
