As previously reported on the Current Report on Form 8-K furnished on July 31, 2020 by Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (the “Company”), on July 31, 2020, the Company reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. Additionally, on July 31, 2020, the Company held an investor conference call reporting its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. The Company’s presentation and transcript of the investor conference call are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
